Stage 01
Meet & Greet
Our design process begins with booking an appointment, where we’ll conduct site measurements and gather your design brief. From there, we’ll create a concept and basic design sketch, which will evolve into a detailed design development. We’ll work with you to select materials, a colour palette, and a cohesive look and feel. Finally, we’ll bring your vision to life with stunning elevations and 3D visualizations.
Stage 02
Documentation and Budgeting
We’ll work closely with you to establish a precise budget and timeline for your project. To ensure accuracy, we’ll create a detailed bill of quantities, outlining every aspect of the project. Our team will then plan and coordinate both on-site and off-site work, carefully calculating the time required to complete each stage, to deliver your project on time and within budget.
Stage 03
Site Selection and Acquisition
We’ll guide you through every step of the process, starting with a thorough land search, selection, and acquisition. We’ll then handle contracts and material supply, carefully selecting and supervising all aspects of the project. Our experienced team will manage and coordinate the site, ensuring a seamless execution. Ultimately, we’ll deliver your project on time and within budget, providing a smooth handover and a dream outcome.
Stage 04
Design Summary And Presentation
We’ll present a comprehensive Design Summary, showcasing your project’s unique features and aesthetic. Our detailed presentation will include 2D and 3D designs, floor plans, elevations, and cross-sections, providing a clear visual representation of your space. This presentation will highlight the interior design, architectural style, and landscaping elements, ensuring that every aspect of your project is carefully considered and expertly executed.
Stage 05
Finished and Furnished
We’re committed to transparency and communication throughout your project, keeping you informed every step of the way. As we work towards completion, we’ll ensure that every detail is meticulously attended to. Once finished, we’ll provide a comprehensive handover package, addressing any final touches within 15 days. After a thorough on-site inspection, we’ll officially hand over your dream project, marked by the issuance of a Completion Certificate.
